Hannah goes above and beyond in terms of warm and efficient customer service. I cannot fault her and based on my experience will now be visiting again. My only small criticism is the prices are very high but I hope it reflects the quality.

I visited your Brighton Store on Monday and found the staff helpful and friendly. As I am disabled I need to sit down when changing but was not able to use the stool to sit on as it swivelled and moved and felt quite unsafe. I realise the changing rooms are small and it difficult to fit a seat, but this was not the answer.
