   My honest review: Pros: - full English breakfast absolutely incredible one of the best I’ve had straight up and easily customisable on the app too - friendly staff - did I mention the full English was great? Things to work on just a little: - slightly louder background music for the atmosphere since cannot hear it very well - the regular size coffees are quite small for the price - slightly hotter baked beans

   It’s always cold in the cafe for me, take a big coat! Food is nice and the staff are so friendly. I love that you can order from the table as I can’t queue or walk far.

   Visit 2.20pm. Ordered one scone with butter and jam plus one more with butter only. Also ordered two coffees. Coffees brought promptly but scones ten minutes later, as coffee cooling down. Scones had jam and clotted cream, for which we were charged extra!

   My sister & I both had a Caesar salad with Salmon. The Salmon although a tad dry was acceptable, however the Caesar Salad was not! The “Crouton's” were flat cut up slices of brown bread toasted not fried, some left in strips, we couldn’t decipher how authentic the dressing was as there was so little of it, but definitely no hints of garlic or anchovy. The slight dusting of Parmesan cheese didn’t enhance the flavour whatsoever. This is the first time that I’ve been disappointed with a meal here, hopefully you will take this feedback on board & endeavour to provide an authentic Caesar salad in future

   I have been here twice now and it is a busy large cafe but the food is brought out quickly and to good quality. I have had breakfast previously, served before 11am and then again the brie, cranberry and bacon panini this visit for lunch. My husband chose to swap his crisps out for chunky chips for an extra £1.50. I joked with him that he would get 12 chips, making it over 10p per chip, but he did get more than that. The food and service was good, and we stayed as long as the wasps would let us. I'm a woos when it comes to wasps. There are wasp traps in the inside/outside section but not on the inside section. This place is very large, and if you know what I'm talking about with the inside/ outside section, then you know! I would come back again as I wanted to try the cream tea with the special scone but I was full after lunch.

   Used the app to order a pot of tea, a latte and a hot chocolate. This was a bad idea, after 25 mins of waiting we went to see what the problem was. About 5 minutes after that a manager came and told us that our order had gone missing, he was polite, tried to make amends. After taking our order on paper it was another 10 minutes before the drinks came out. In total 3 drinks took about 50 minutes to appear.

   Food was very delayed, came out cold and over done (had toasted teacake). Seemed like they didn't have enough staff for a saturday afternoon. Great venue though and kids loved seeing the animals.

   A cafe in a garden centre. We had tea for two I had a great piece of flap jack. Lovely. My wife choose a gluten free scone which was so hard she couldn't cut it with a knife. Don't take table 13 as it wobbles and the milk went all over the table. Needs improvement

   No complaint, quick service, food good , lovely chips, friendly servers. Suggestion, the bacon in the bacon and brie baguette, could you crisp it up? Ours was still raw. An all day breakfast would be a good option too. Would give you 5 stars for better bacon.
