   I don’t know how to possibly explain how disgusted i am with the workers at H&M here. First let’s start of with how incredibly disorganised they are, if you were to ask them a question about where something is, where you can find something… they wouldnt know maybe they genuinely didn’t but doesn’t mean they need to complain to their workers saying and i quote “ugh why doesn’t the stuipid lady know where the jeans are” … they were laughing. Also my daughter was on the escalator going up right, my daughter drops something and is frantically trying to get it as she’s going up so she’s quite literally running down the escalator that’s going up, then this one horrible worker says “don’t play on the escalator.. you look around 20” excuse me? that is a horrible thing to say about a 13 year old child? also maybe try to understand something before you jump to conclusions. Absolutely Appalled i don’t know how you train your customers here but.. do better it’s disgusting.

   I was in the store today and needed to exchange a dress that was brought as a present. I was served by Kathleen who was extremely rude and condescending. She would not do the exchange as I did not have a receipt, but previously I have asked staff members if I would be able to do an exchange without a receipt and they have said that it would not be a problem. I wasted a trip to the store and did not appreciate the service I received. Kathleen needs to learn how to treat customers well. I’m sure other staff at the store would be able to teach her as they are all lovely.

   I felt pretty ill while trying on clothes and just needed to leave and so when leaving the dressing room an older woman bluntly asked can you put them back on the hangers please, to which I did and she said "you shouldn't have even bothered". Even if I wasn't about to be sick, this is not okay customer service, she was so patronising.

   It is bigger h&m than in Churchill square. However, even in this shop the options are not great. Recent layout change somehow makes it slightly more confusing as to, where does the smart casual clothes finish. Also, this should be more prominent online and in the store, they close fitting rooms at 6pm even though the shop works until 6:30pm. Last time I was rushing to the shop, as I work full time hours, and at 6:04pm I was refused to go and try on the garments. So really, if you do want to try things on, this shop closes at 6pm not 6:30pm. :(

   Unfortunately this shop still hasn't fixed the lift.. it's been over a month and still no access to the lift which makes it impossible to access the children's section which is on the top floor.This should be fixed as soon as possible!

   Security guard stopped me and my friend as we were leaving and asked if we payed for our items, he insisted on seeing the receipt and wouldn’t let us leave until he saw it.

   Large enough store and appears to have a plentiful variety of clothes to chose from for anyone taking a browse.. Was in company of others and they bought quite a few things, but then had to go back again as some stated sizes and didn't fit
