   I love this shop. I usually hate shopping as I am short and nothing looks good but the staff here were so welcoming and helpful. I really enjoyed my shopping experience and ended up buying clothes I liked and fitted thanks to great staff . I will be a regular visitor

   A huge selection of gorgeous clothes, accessories and gifts in a beautiful store. Very friendly staff that let you browse in peace and were very attentive when I needed help! My husband made good use of the comfy sofas and the sunny courtyard. Well worth travelling too with lots of nice coffee spots and shops nearby too!

   Doodie Stark is the most amazing boutique - the new building is absolutely stunning! All the staff are very approachable, friendly and helpful. Makes shopping super fun and with a gorgeous area for chilling in the courtyard!

   Apauling customer service at till point! Get looked up and down! Such a shame as greated by a lovely lady with an accent, who clearly has been in retail before. The clothes are so beautiful and was wanting to purchase a few items.But after not visiting after a couple of years, I can see things havn't changed. Very disappointed!

   Appalling customer service. Myself and my mother are regular customers that spend hundreds of pound in this store. I tried to return a Xmas present after the Xmas period at the start of January. It was the first day out of quarantine! I was met with as it was purchased a few weeks ago you had 14 days to return it! That would have been before Xmas when I received it. A very strange policy and completely unacceptable. I asked to speak to the owner as I assumed she would be much more sympathetic and able to help me. Wow was I wrong, she called me and launched a personal attack on me. I was already upset by the unhelpful attitude of the staff and left the store to wait for the return call. Firstly she was incredibly rude repugnant and abusive. She wouldn’t let me speak just went on about her incredible customer service and training and how her staff are so kind. She called me uncivilised, told me I had come in guns blazing with my back up, which was completely untrue, and that the whole thing could have been avoided! She wasn’t even present at the shop so hadn’t even heard what had happened. She was incredibly defensive. When she said I could return the jumper and finally allowed me to talk she said to me ‘oh are you still going on about this I’ve given you the jumper!’ When I tried to give her feedback about how this was my first day to actually leave my house to change the jumper. I ended up having to get off the phone and saying that she had lost me and my mother as loyal clients over a jumper. I was with a friend who thought that the whole thing was absolutely shocking. I actually sent her back to the shop as I was too upset to go back. I will never return. The owner and her staff are rude and disrespectful. Anyone that talks over a customer and is rude doesn’t deserve clientele. I like to support locally but there are plenty of other boutiques where there is lovely customer service. She also said that I wouldn’t go anywhere else and receive the level of customer service at her shop! I said I beg to differ! Interestingly I have lots of friends who wouldn’t set foot here because the customer service is shocking. It’s very upsetting to be treated like this.

   Fab range of styles and prices in this lovely, friendly shop. It's almost impossible not to find the right piece for any occasion :) Plus some jewellery and shoes to go with....If you've not found doodie stark, yet, I'm sure you won't be disappointed once you do!
