   Second time using Haywards store, whilst selection of products is great I was left feeling disappointed with customer service. Explained I'd not worn or fitted a suit in over 10 years, therefore needed help. Was left with ill fitting dinner suit and felt customer service and interaction very lacking. First time I used the store:- Child's name tag printing: was advised 12 characters for a name tag was too many and wouldn't fit. Since then we've been advised by other parents they've had 20 characters. It's a little thing, but it leads to an impression that they just aren't bothered.

   Ordered online, got a call next day with super helpful suggestions: right color tie for my daughter starting school & a bigger hoodie based on other items in my basket. Everything arrived fast & fit perfectly. Beyond happy, 5 stars for the excellent customer service!

   Bit over priced but good in a pinch for formal wear. Although can feel off putting at times due to staff numbers vs customers- for instance did not go in when I was going to a 4/5 staff members sitting around the entrance on a Saturday
