   Super kind sale assistant Kaela, and really professional manager Amy who got sadly verbally abused by an unkind customer. I was very happy about my purchase but at the till a rude customer even threatened other kind staff and the manager tried to politely protect customer service rights. SD items quality is always the best and the wool of the jumper we bought could not be softer. Always loving the vast choice and all those colours! Well done SD team :)

   After researching longline puffer coats online. I then visited my closest store on Sunday 29th December 2024 to try on my preferred options. I spoke with Ana in the Brighton store. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and took her time to discuss my preferences with me. The coat I wished to purchase was not in stock in my preferred colour. After a simple ordering process at the till my new coat was ordered for free delivery to my home. Ana advised up to 7 days for delivery and my new coat arrived on new year's eve, just 48 hours after ordering! (For festive season / January sales time that's pretty impressive as my coat was dispatched later on Sunday 29th December!) Fantastic service, superbly warm and high quality coat. Highly recommend Superdry!
