Can't believe a company like this is still going. Save your money and go to ho fook, ruby, new great wall. Such better service and can handle their busy periods without yelling at their customers down the phone.
Absolutely disgusting company. The food doesn't come till 3 hours after youve ordered!!! The food is dry and undercooked. And they turn their phone off when their service gets too busy because "they cant cope". Finally got in touch and the woman on the phone was so rude swearing and slandering me just for asking politely where the food was. Absolutely disgraceful. The place needs shutting down.
Ordered one meal for 1 and Food said it would be delivered at 20:15 and still not here, tried to contact the restaurant but cant get in touch with them to find out where my order is. Unacceptable. Can't be a company and not even be willing to deal with customer service.
This was the worst Chinese we've ever ordered. The chicken and cashew nut option tasted like fish. The chicken was filled with water and was very slimy, with a strong fish taste. It was honestly awful. The salt and pepper noodle box didn't taste like salt and pepper at all, it tasted like bbq noodles, very smokey and dry. The only good thing was the chips. Fast service and a very friendly lady, but really bad food.
Awaited 2 hours and 20mins for our delivery and they turned off their phones. When they did finally answer they said they took the phone off the hook because they couldn’t cope anymore. Food was terrible when it finally came, never again! Ruined our Saturday night food. Lost a long standing customer.
Phone for salt amd pepper box was told chicken or rib o said chicken and come was let down sorry lose to be go gone down

Worst chinese ive had in ages. All the dishes were dark brown and looked indistinguishable from each other and all tasted of old oil.
Was told around 1 hour 20 mins for delivery Waited 2 hours for a meal Delivers then cold (not drivers fault as he is lovely) After I rang up to ask where my order was as the very rude woman snapped I will cancel it then!! It arrived to have half a bag of chips and cold I Rang up to a jumped up vile woman who said I had ordered a small chips No i didn’t I ordered a meal No mention in portion sizes She said you only got charged 5.50 for the meal Yes that is the price Used this place years She’s been there 2 weeks Never come across such a rude vile woman When I asked to speak to the owner she said apparently he doesn’t speak English !! I will never order from there again Food also gone down hill since Re opening Portion sizes a lot smaller Food cold Taste not that good, Bland Did not enjoy Lost a loyal customer due to this woman Strongly advise do not use
Watery "satay sauce" had no taste to it not even remotely like satay sauce more like bathwater. Food was dry and a waste of £20.
