   Wouldn’t exchange my item because they gifted me a bogus item that they NEVER gave me. So when I try to return it or exchange it they said I needed to give the gift back. I would have given it back if you gave it to me. Never shopping here again. It’s a scam.

   Bought a dress from Sandro Brighton as a back up wedding outfit as my original dress didn't arrive, but wasn't told at purchase that I wouldn't be able to get a refund if I returned it. Was given number for head office who were extremely unhelpful and rude and told me it wasn't possible to submit a complaint or speak to a manager or any procedure at all. I told them I was in financial difficulty due to losing my job and was rather upset at losing a large amount of money but they wouldn't offer any exceptions or solutions to help me. Wouldn't shop at Sandro in the future.

   I love the store but what makes it so special is the staff they feel like friends! Jocey is wonderful takes time to listen to chat and give honest feedback. No hard sell no off behaviour if you don’t spend anything just happy and passionate about the product abs offering an experience to the customer! I pop in regularly just to look and try on then when I have the money I buy! Thank you Jocey
