   I visited Brighton store on Tuesday the 7th and the two girl working day day were fantastic. They made me feel welcome, engaged and the girl who served me at the changing room was so patient and helpful. I took ages trying in different items and sizes and I am very fussy and indecisive client so it takes someone very patient to deal with me. Both girls are very kind and creating a lovely atmosphere. They have no problem running in and out to either shop floor or stock room to check for sizes you require when you are stuck in the changing room. I mostly shop online for Lululemon but I will definitely be visiting Brighton store more often. Thank you so much for excellent service. Coming from retail management background myself ( including fashion ) I do appreciate how I was treated on that day.

   The male staff at this store was unhelpful, unprofessional, and seemed poorly trained. I had to guide him through the return process because he clearly didn’t know how to handle it and was initially unwilling to assist. This made me feel very uncomfortable and turned the entire experience into a negative one.

   I have never been made to feel so uncomfortable whilst shopping . The staff are so invasive. I was not allowed to hold my clothing myself they was taken from me and hung outside a fitting room, even tho I was still shopping! The staff also ask Your name & whilst your are trying to try on your clothing they shout over at you . The whole experience was just awful! I thought maybe they just didn’t like the look of me but when I spoke to others they say they have been treated the same in this store . I have never had these problems when I shop in the London lulu lemon stores . This has completely put me of & I will not ever buy anything from this brand again!

   Hounded by staff as soon as I entered. Asked multiple times in the space of a few minutes if I was OK. Please just let people shop and browse in peace

   Great to see this shop in Brighton. It is an expensive brand but everything is well made and you get your moneys worth. Also the staff are super helpful after helping me with an issue, so thank you.

   The Brighton branch is a great addition to the lululemon empire, especially as the only other branches I've visited have been in the homeland of Canada.Fantastic to have a nearer branch for my location,20 mins away.Super friendly, helpful staff. Lovely layout of store,it wasn't busy when I visited,but as I know from Canadian visits it can be very popular, especially at sale times. The products are great,not cheap, but they have the best after care service if problems arise with your product,very easy to communicate online. Highly recommend a visit.
