Raw food delivered this evening, around 5:50pm. One caller apologised and said they would deliver another batch. 35 mins later and three very hungry children, there’s no show of food. Two telephone calls later, to rather a rude waitress who doesn’t care less. She gave no apology, no offer of replacement, just a 10% discount off my next order?! I understand it’s a very hot environment for those working there tonight, I acknowledge they’ve cleaned the fryers however when chips are very pale and snap, they are not cooked. How on Earth can I feed three children raw takeaway food? Given current circumstances and hot weather, we thought it would be easier to order tonight’s food in. But why should we be forced to eat raw products, or place another order and give them more money to rectify their issue? Up to today we’ve been rather regular customers and have supported them for many years. Not anymore, this is very disappointing. Where’s the customer services? where’s their loyalty?

Sorry to say my fish was absolutely inedible. It smelled and tasted of ammonia, was a funny colour and the batter was like wool. It was pouring with rain otherwise I would have returned it so it was binned. The chips were edible although some looked like last nights leftovers. Edit: 2 days later ... still trying to clear the fish smell from the kitchen. Any fast food seller should ensure that nothing like this should ever be on sale.

Pudding looks like it has been reheated over a span of several days, can tell just by looking at the pastry, wasn't even hot! This is disgraceful, this has surely put me off ordering from here in the future.

Very poor gone down hill I am afraid the fish thankfully I bought for my cat so I threw the thick batter away which was uncooked inside. The chips are not cooked properly, tried to eat them but had to throw them away in the end all very disappointing. The one star is for the waiting staff who are lovely and friendly shame they are let down by badly cooked food.

Gone a little bit down over the past 5/6 weeks, user to be really nice but the following has been a let down - Hard, sharp chips Hard doner meat Lack of pie variety - only meat and potato, no chicken and mushroom or steak and kidney The staff are really nice and friendly but the cooking of the products has gone down hill. I know a few families who have stopped ordering so if they look at the bottom line hopefully this will demonstrate what's going wrong.
