   We have visited the restaurant 8-10 times over couple of years and the food and staff have always been 5 star you couldn't ask for better. We didn't feel like going out so ordered a take away, went to collect it. Had to wait 5 mins because it wasn't ready. got it home 10 mins later food was cold rice was wet and mushy and the main courses was just very bland and very saucy hardy any taste. wont be doing that again

   Sadly for us this was not a great meal out. Service was incredibly poor. Ordered poppadom's which didn't appear until we chased, starters didn't arrive and after an hour of waiting the waiter asked if we had had them and we said no. He then apologised and said we had been forgotten and to be honest this summed up the night. The fish starter was chewy but the chicken puree was good. The mains were much better but as we had waited so long we had almost gone over. Naan was undercooked and more like a pizza base. We did receive an apology for the delay with the waiter reiterating we had been forgotten about, but it was all a little too late. We would not return based on the experience we had.

   Amazing food - highly recommend the lamb hydrabad - best curry I’ve ever had! And the lamb was cooked so well it just fell apart. The service was so good, we were a large table of 8 and the food was served in good time. The waiters were knowledgable and had good chat. Will definitely be coming back!!

   Very attentive staff and delicious food, would highly recommend a visit. Was a slight wait for our table as it was a busy Saturday night however we were offered a drink in the cocktail bar.

   We recently had a takeaway delivered on Mother’s Day. Despite this being a really busy day our meal was delivered in good time and the food was excellent. We had the Sunday special meals which were very good value for money and it was thoroughly enjoyed by us all.

   Kushboo Burton Latimer. Absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant. Table booked for 5.30pm, not seated until nearly 6pm, lots of other people just milling around waiting also. Waited nearly 2 hours for main dish which was bland and quite tasteless to be truthful. I even had a taste of my wife's main which although was a totally different curry, tasted exactly the same. Also food was luke warm. Rude staff,terrible service and expensive. WILL NOT RETURN.

   Burton Latimer Kushboo. Ruined our mothers day with elderly mums/ family who may not be with us next year. Took 2 hrs to get 1 main dish. People coming in for tables of 2 and eating 2 courses and leaving before we had 1 course. Manager came across passive aggresive. 2 tables next to us were waiting fo the bill and the waiter asked them what they wanted for starters when they had eaten all thier food. (Fawlty towers stuff). Another family with 2 small children waiting more than 2 hrs and counting as we left. Food was bland and tasteless. I Asked for the bill and was not offered any discount for the shocking wait times and rubbish service. I paid in full but sadly will not return again after this poor family experiance. Also £210 for 6 adults 1 course & 2 children meals ( bowl of chips) . Not a cheap evening, and no one left happy.
