Not a katsu curry, just regular curry trying to pass of as Japanese curry. Can’t even cook rice properly, was still wet. Staff was absolutely miserable, one walked past when I was sat down coughed all over place. Springs rolls are a rip off, no more than an inch and cost 3 quid for 3. Will not be coming back at all.

Chozen has really nice food.I had a chicken Katsu which is 10/10.Eranga prepared a nice Katsu curry for me and my family.
I was served by Eranga who was lovely and so helpful. He let me try the curries to make sure I got the one I wanted and did all of this with a smile! The food was great as well. I’ll definitely be coming back!!!
Service was great. Food was fairly tasteless which was quite disappointing. I had sticky chicken and teriyaki chicken and both were really plain. £11.50 and there was very minimal toppings, mostly rice which was surprisingly very undercooked. Gyoza’s were fantastic though!
Hoisin Duck with rice was quite poor. Only 6 very small cubes of duck and mostly watery, very very sweet sauce. Would not eat ChoZen again. Having said that it was cheap, especially by motorway services standards. Only £7.95 for main + rice or noodles, + prawn crackers and a drink.
