The food here is fantastic and the gluten free menu is a massive bonus with coeliac in the family. It's just a shame the don't deliver as there's been numerous time I've been unable to pick up so have ordered elsewhere instead.
We stopped at Milton Chippy in Stoke-on-Trent after a long day at Alton Towers, as it was one of the only chip shops open after 4 pm on a Sunday — and they didn’t disappoint! We ordered large chips, two cods (as they didn’t have haddock), a large battered sausage, and a portion of chicken nuggets. Everything was freshly cooked — the chips were perfectly fluffy inside with a crispy golden outside, and the fish was fresh with beautifully light, crunchy batter. The portions were generous, and the price was great too — only £26 for everything. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, even greeting a few regulars by name, which gave the place a nice local feel. We’ll definitely be coming back here for dinner after Alton Towers next time!
Highly recommended. My daughter is coeliac and oh how she has missed a chippy. Well nothing was too much trouble at Milton chippy. From the very friendly and knowledgeable welcome to the amazing food which was generous as a portion and at a good price. All our food was delicious. Thank you for making the difference. Can’t wait to come back.
After seeing the queues may time I drive past I thought I would try out this chippy why so many queues ? One because shop is so small only get a few people in a time and the food not that great no different than any other chippy to be fair. Food was only aired warm so cold when got home expensive for small chips and you don’t get many so I wouldn’t recommend at all . The best chipy I have found is Venus in Hanley up to yet great portions great prices great food

Never thought we would find a chippy that is vegan heaven AND lots of GF too....but we did. Food is lush and the staff are so so lovely too. Even when they are so busy....nothing is too much trouble and never fail to provide an amazing service. Thank you!!
Absolutely outstanding! We were so happy to find out this was a vegan friendly chippy with a whole vegan menu offering not only food but desserts as well. To be able to be given a choice in Stoke On Trent for vegan food is life changing! Always helpful, on time and can order online or pre order. But I would recommend pre ordering as it does get super busy (rightfully so!) The food is next level! Thank you Chelsea and Mike
Oh my lord what a fabulous vegan chippie, the food is absolutely amazing and not greasy at all. Everything cooked to order, the vegan battered sausage and pea fritter are delicious
Absolutely recommended. Friendly, helpful service, tasty, freshly cooked fayre. Lots of interesting items to choose from One of the few chippys I've found that serves cods roe, Absolutely delicious!! Many gluten free items to choose from too.
