Ordered set menu for 2.starters were cold and prawn toast and spring rolls were overcooked and could not eat. The seaweed was soggy. The satay chicken sauce was really watery and chicken looked and felt like frozen chicken. I rang up to complain about starter. I had been to collect and live a couple min walk from them. They said that i asked for it well done which i didnt. Then said they have to cook like that so not under cooked. They said they would just recook me toast and spring rolls but said i need collect. I would of had my food then. I said could i have a part refund he said no and would only recook but it would be like it again. The ribs were cold the food was awful we couldnt even finish bowls as it was all bad. Customer service is awful also stay away The food is awful

We live locally so always used to order from here until we noticed the quality was going downhill. Thought I would give it a go again tonight and it is honestly one of the worst Chinese take aways I’ve ever had. Chips (plain and salt and pepper) completely burnt and cold. Chicken balls cold and sweet and sour sauce just like water. Will not be ordering again any time soon.

Always order take aways. Usually perfect. Tonight my cold was freezing cold and inedible. Soggy battered prawns and chicken balls. Freezing chicken satay. Obviously could not reheat! Called and told them that my £50 order for my family was not good enough. Response was, “it’s busy, it’s winter, your food will be cold because it’s cold outside” Said they would maybe give me 10% off next time. When I asked if they would be happy with that, they said that yes because it’s not their fault the weather is bad???” WHAT??????? After years of getting my food from here I will never order again. Disappointed with their response and the fact that I’ve had to throw all the food away

This place is very hit and miss; and unfortunately more miss than hit. The food is no longer authentic and tastes cheap. Tonight my food was like warm, soggy and squashed as the driver had multiple deliveries to make, and they were all packaged together. It will be along time until I use them again.

Firstly, the delivery driver let himself into my house without permission by opening my front door. This is completely unacceptable and left me feeling very uncomfortable. On top of that, the food I received was cold on arrival. When I called to raise my concerns, instead of listening or offering an apology, the person on the phone — who told me he was the owner, chef, and delivery driver — was incredibly rude. He accused me of lying, insisted he hadn’t entered my home, and told me the food couldn’t have been cold because it was cooked fresh. To make matters worse, he told me not to order again. We used to enjoy ordering from Norton China, but this experience has left us feeling upset and unwelcome. The way I was spoken to was unprofessional and dismissive, and the issue of someone letting themselves into my home is very serious.

Sorry Norton China to give this review but it's needed Having not used you for a few months as meals had not been good previously, I thought I would try again tonight But It was a total let down again. Two crispy spring rolls that were soggy Also they used to have chicken and veg inside them but are now beef and were nowhere near as nice One beef curry that was all gloopy One chips that were old and stale One EF rice that was like risotto Just under £16 and not one bit of it was nice I even rang you to tell you but you didn’t seem much bothered. I should have really demanded a refund as non of it was touched. I'm wondering if there’s new management again. I Will not be giving you another chance the food was awful. I wish Cindy and her crew were still there it really was the best then

Under new management and they have refurbished and opened the restaurant and takeaway. No longer all you can eat buffet but banquets available in a range of prices but also the normal menu. Social distancing and covid rules maintained, staff friendly and efficient. Food piping hot, tasted great and plenty of it. Drinks reasonably priced. We had the special hot starter for two, two main, rice and salt and peppers chips. Definitely will book again and highly recommend it.
