The ladies that work in here are fabulous. I went in today, (Saturday) to get 7 footlongs. They were very helpful as i was getting abit confused with my orders. They whipped them up and also put numbers on them so i knew whos was who. They were also very polite and greeted me with a smile. Love this subway, couldn't recommend it more. Thank you Ladies.

No herb & cheese bread available on a Saturday morning. Service overall was friendly from Caroline. Sandwich was made quite messy - although we ordered 3 sauces so this undoubtedly contributed to this.

Wouldn't even give a star if there was an option. Worst subway branch ever ordered tonight with footlong soaking wet on 4 orders. What a waste of time and money. Bad subway experience. These staff needs sacking especially with majority of the bad reviews. AVOID

I went to order lunch,Christine and another lady were busy preparing a large delivery order. There was one lady in front of me,no apology, then a group of 3 came in and they said, there's a 10 minute wait, they then left. Christine served me I asked for brown bread, there wasn't any,I placed my sandwich order,.I wanted nachos but hadn't asked as yet, another lady then queued.Christine asked the lady for her order,I stated that I had not finished. She then told me to move back across to the front of the queue, I couldn't believe it.I looked at the other customer in disbelief.I will definitely not be returning. Christine clearly needs to have some customer service training

Just called in with my young son. He wanted a footlong of grated cheese and salad only. The server put just two scoops of very fine grated cheese on the entire footlong bread. Before I said anything, she said, would you like more cheese for an extra 60p (that's 60p more on a £5.49 sandwich that is meant to just be cheese salad!). I then asked if two scoops is all they should put on a footlong? I was met with a polite smile and a shrug of the shoulders. I then had a 6 inch Tuna sandwich for myself and they put two full scoops of tuna on it (I assume a footlong would have 4 scoops). In our shopping basket, tuna costs more than cheese, so I don't know why they are being so tight with the tiny shreds of cheese, especially on the more expensive foot long sandwich. We took the sandwiches home and I grated some more cheddar for my lads sandwich. I shan’t be calling into this Subway branch again. I shall tell my son we'll use the local independent sandwich shop in Werrington from now on. Total rip off.

Parked away from the pumps, Esso staff member shouted that if you're going to subway you have to park around the back and not where the vehicle is visible, advised that I left all pumps was free but no....you have to move to the back. Drove off, well done.

This is the worst subway I have ever been to, There is different staff every time you go, there selection of bread is always limited and usually the meat selection is half empty and the meatballs are never ready unless your willing to wait 10 minutes
