I visited H&M Worthing today and honestly thought it had had a refit. It’s no longer a jumble sale but a clean, crisp well organised, well oiled machine. The layout has changed and the clothes and selection and more visible. Great work!

Ordered some baskets online. Wrong ones arrived. Trying to return them is a nightmare. They are too large for McColls to accept. I struggled to understand the lady on the helpline (her accent was so strong). Cannot phone any shop direct. Guess I'm stuck with them. The modern age.

Pls make sure you bring your glasses! I got charged for 2 black scarves but I only bought one and other items. I checked the receipt at home and only then noticed. A young (18?) girl, wearing jeans and a top served me. Really annoyed as not worth my time to go back on a day off ! Watch out to your receipt! Feel robbed :(
