   Visited for the first time while passing, noticed the order screens, which I really like the thought of, so start tapping our order in. As we’re almost finished another customer comes in and starts ordering verbally. So hence I’m sitting here for ten minutes and he hasn’t even started my order. Meanwhile the second colleague is busy mopping when he could be making ours? But not too busy that he can’t jump on the till to take payment for the second customer, so they can get out of here even quicker? Just terrible situational awareness.

   Ordered on Just Eat, they accepted the order. An hour later phoned to ask for an update, it was delayed another 20 minutes, then they cancelled the order altogether! After waiting all that time. Spoke to them on the phone, no apology

   Sadly my most recent visit here was disappointing. The staff here are lovely and very welcoming and the food is great. Unfortunately this has been taken away by installing a barrier and "order here" screens taking away the personability. Subway stop trying to be McDonald's, you're better than that and keep the service face to face.

   Nice staff and atmosphere. Portion sizes depend on who you get on the day so could be more consistent. One gripe is there is always brown bits of old lettuce in with the fresh. I have noticed this on more than 5 occasions. Either the tray isn't washed sufficiently or it is just refilled too many times without washing inbetween.

   This Subway is one of the BEST Subway I have visited in U.K. We all had our dinner in this Subway. Kids loved the various options available. Staff were very friendly and diligent. Five STAR service. The whole place was very well maintained, it was pristine clean. The interior design was awesome, it looked like it was recently Modernised.

   Although they were friendly it didn't feel comfortable, as if they had done the greeting and that was enough. My sandwich wasn't as hot as I would like and the filling portions must have changed because mine seemed to be lacking. If this is going to be regular then I may give it a miss and it would be a shame. It was empty so no need to rush...
