   Hands down the best place we’ve ever been too ! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was amazing and the staff made us feel so welcome. The food was absolutely delicious. The drinks were amazing, never seen nothing like it we had such a good time ( who ever comes up with these ideas is amazing) The atmosphere was unreal, such a fun and lively place with great music(including Xmas music) You could really tell they care about giving people a great experience, when wr came for our booking it was really busy but the staff handled it perfectly. Honestly, this is the best place we’ve been for a while in stone, and it completely exceeded our expectations. We’re already planning our next visit couldn’t recommend it enough! Next time I think we’re going to book for bottomless brunch! Thanks guys, merry Christmas

   What a disappointing night that was!! We booked a table for 8pm till 10:30pm as we were having a Christmas catch up, we had requested a booth. Once we had arrived, we were told there were no booths free and once one became free they would move us to it. That never happened although booths had became free. After a while 4 friends came to join us ( if we had the booth we booked this would not have been an issue) they initially stood at the bar, but was then told that was not allowed and they had to have a seat. They were then instructed that if they found unused seats they could join us at our table. We found seats that were not being used and sat down to have a fun night. A member of staff then told us we could not use those seats and they would have to stand at the bar. You can understand our confusion at this point. We started to feel very unwelcome especially when a few minutes later another table with people on started using extra chairs at their table and nothing was said. Also there were numerous people stood drinking at the bar even though we had been informed it was a no, no due to health and safety. We would not have minded the rules if they were for everyone, but it really feels like a “if your face fits” kind of place. Our cocktails which arnt cheep but very theatrical were rushed on to the table then taken away as soon as possible. We were not allowed to enjoy its theatrics( which is what we paid for) the food was mmeeehhhh on par with a fast food takeaway, the smash burgers are definitely not smash burgers. When we left ( earlier than our table was booked until) i asked to speak to the manager, just to leave feed back. The staff member went off for some time then came back and said they had just that second left and could she help. I informed her we had been made to feel very unwelcome and that we wouldnt have minded the rules if everyone had been given them. While this was happening a member of staff went to get the bouncer. Im a 50 year old, who was not drunk and was just articulating feed back in a polite manor. The lady did apologise and asked if they could do something to make up for it, all while the bouncer stood there with his arms folded. I informed her there was nothing she could do, as we would not be returning. We spent quite a bit of money in Enchanted on food and alcohol, and would have spent more if we had felt welcome. It was such a shame as it put a dampener on our annual Christmas night out.

   Our first visit here today for their Savour the Screen. Stunning venue, really loved it here. Friendly staff and food was lovely. Their Santa's grotto cocktail was delicious. Will definitely re visit soon.

   Wanted to experience some interesting cocktails, and we did just that! They were expensive for what they were but the general drama and grandeur of the drinks were fun. If you're expecting an Alchemist then you'll be disappointed, but it's Stone, and this is probably the best you'll get. Didn't have the best experience with the table next to us, clearly a big party of lads and lasses having a great time, but they were at least 5 drinks ahead of us and it did taint our visit.

   I did like it here however, I do feel it was pricey for what was being offered. Also to have the proper experience they kept having additional add ons. Would rather they just shared the price. The service was good and for the bottomless brunch you put your glass at the end of the table to signal you were ready for another drink which worked really well!

   We went for the bottomless afternoon tea- Had such an amazing evening, the staff couldn’t do enough for you. The food was gorgeous and had perfect presentation. The cocktails were so unique, and so delicious. Loved it here so much, definitely will be back. Thank you xx

   Awesome place, we did the afternoon tea with bottomless mocktails. The staff were all brilliant, particularly the guy making the drinks. He was very helpful and even tweaked some of the recipes for us if we didn't like certain flavours. All the drinks were fantastic and they even offered us another one at the end which we had to decline because we were so full. Will definitely be back soon!

   Great New Years Eve Event at a pretty venue with a fabulous inventive cocktail menu going all out on presentation. A well managed evening with table bookings, great friendly staff and live music. Incredible desserts previously sampled. Cocktails and desserts reasonably priced. They feature giant cocktails, cocktail trees and bottomless afternoon teas. Great place, fabulous branding, it deserves to thrive!

   A huge Thank You to the lovely staff and to the fantastic singer for ending our night on an even bigger high on Friday! And for letting us in so late. We are very grateful and will be visiting again soon. Just wish we took more pictures of the fabulous cocktails! Cocktails were amazing as usual! Officially my favourite bar in Stone! Xx

   I thoroughly enjoyed this place. The cocktails were delicious and entertaining (the medieval goblet bubbled and smoked). The desserts were decadent and served in large portions. Good oldies music, comfortable temperature, and pretty, enchanted forest setting. The toilets were un-themed, but clean and pleasantly private. Will be returning!
