   I would not normally rate a McDonald's as I'm not a massive fan of the food but being a lorry driver there is sometimes very little choice where you park and the food options available. However, the service received here was better than I have ever experienced at any other outlet. I requested no salt on my fries, not for any health reason but I just do not like the taste. The woman preparing my food, Sarah, read the request on the receipt and prior to emptying the fresh fries into the dispenser, cleaned the scoop, the dispenser and surrounding areas to ensure my fries did not come into contact with salt from previous batchs. Sarah I thank you wholeheartedly. I will 100% stop here again.

   Rock solid pancakes was a massive let down, very disappointed as it was a treat before a hard day's work. I couldn't cut them with the cutlery provided nor could I year the edge it was like rock, the middle pulled out and was just about edible. Didn't have time to go in to complain due to a tight schedule. Very poor performance!

   This is McDonald's so you pretty much know what you are going to get. I've given three stars because service on the day I visited was very slow and no explanation was given. Just a short explanation such as 'Sorry for the delay, we're training new staff today' or 'Lots of people can't get here today' would probably make those queueing less grumpy.
