   I am now the proud owner of five different style waist coats having bought first one some three years ago. I wear them on a daily basis in the course of my work making deliveries for local butcher's shop, I find them both functional, smart and always goes down well customers.    Shockingly shabby quality and inferior product design topped by rude and arrogant service from Nick. The tie I purchased on line was literally a full half-inch thick... A .. FULL ... HALF-INCH ... THICK!!! This is why I usually patronize a bespoke tailor. Lesson learned. Don't fall victim to this unapologetically arrogant retailer who has no concern for maintaining customer relations or driving repeat business. Nick was unwilling to accept that I was sold a defective item, and said that since other people don't complain, he believes the item to be wearable and chooses to disagree with my complaint about the defective item. Again... a tie that is half an inch thick while laying flat, and is pieced together by big seams running across it in multiple areas... Think about that.

   Really disappointed to have spent so much on ordering multiple sizes in the waistcoats for our wedding. The waistcoats themselves were stunning and great quality but when returning these there was no receipt of being received and no refund. Ended up spending for five waistcoats but only having three to show for it.

   I have never purchased a product from this company before, however felt compelled to write a review as it is so deserved! I ordered a waistcoat on Tuesday evening and to my delight had it delivered on Thursday morning. The price was very reasonable and apart from the exceptionally quick service the quality is absolutely superb. The colour is slightly darker than in the picture and it is a very generous size (possibly because I’m female and so would possibly order a boys size next time). Would highly recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be purchasing from them again!

   I ordered several items from the King and Priory through Amazon of tweed pocket squares and bow ties for a wedding. They arrived very quickly, were of high quality and looked fab on the day. We had to order extra as were not sure by ordering online what would work with the suits. King & Priory were really good with their returns and in fact I sent extra items to them incorrectly which they sorted out forwarding on for me. I really recommend them as a quick, trustworthy, quality service with good customer care.
