The food was made fresh, service was quick and staff were friendly. Seb went above and beyond to make our experience more quality and Rachel was entertaining to chat too.
Went to collect our order, the drink was wrong, the girl apologised, rectified the issue, then I pointed out I had medium chips but ordered a large meal, again apologised and changed them. I asked for BBQ sauce at which point she grabbed them, as she did another girl came over and just kind of intruded the space asking what time she was working until, the girl serving then answered whilst leaving us stood there waiting...... RUDE.
Perfect order and very quick. Unfortunately maybe because of the amount of customers they mistook the order of my friend. So I would only say check before you leave and get a recepit if you can.
Unbelievably slow, circa 15mins wait for 4 burgers and some chips. No ice in the drinks for some reason, might have melted on the shelf whilst waiting for the food. Stopped for the family meal offer and wished we hadn't. Just given a takeaway bag where all the chips had fallen out into the bottom. Highly aggressive wasps flying around inside and out on a hot day too. Avoid and go to another services.
Just average Burger King no sparks but also no bad things about it. Food is at its average too like in all of BKs. Plenty of parking outside, clean, tidy.
Rude team member, ordered plain burger came with mustard etc on it. Shift manager just leant against post mix on phone. Ridiculously slow. AVOID!!
Absolutely s...e .meal was cold stale burger bun. Ask for white coffee got black. Staff should be trained to a satisfactory standard. Avoid and go to Keele northbound....
Burger king If i have to choose between Burger King and Mc Donalds no doubt I'll go for the Burger king. There products are much tastier and quality. At the moment of writing this review just got my order after 15 min wait. The place is very busy probably because of the congestion on the motorway. Hope that the waiting time will be much better next time so i can update me review to 5 star. Other than that food is fantastic as always. Make sure to use the app as well so you can get the discount. I was very surprised when they gave me the discount- usually on the motorway service they never do.
This place is shocking if you want a quick meal. A couple of times I have visited this place and they are severally under staffed. Wait times of over 45 minutes no matter what you order due to the back log. About ten people got refunds after waiting too long for their food. Avoid this establishment and use Costa or the Asian places or Greg's.
Ordered 2 kids meals for my kids. Only told after we paid that there is no ketchup in stock. Only found out when the meals got to the table that there is no toy - despite it clearly saying that a toy comes with the meal on the menu. Returned to ask about this - apparently there is none in stock. No apology given, staff completely disinterested. Children crying. Terrible experience.
