Awful costumer services. I called to resolve an issue and the guy ended the phone call mid conversation. Don’t know about the food but deffo not ordering again.
This place has bought it back for me, when I lived in stoke it was my go to. Always great food and quick service. After going back recently they are still one of the best in stoke. Always quick with the orders and the food is always delicious. Give them a try!!
We used to go here most of the time, they were the best kebabs in Stoke but recently it must have changed owners because the food that we had tonight was appalling. My curry was so obviously a microwave curry, the chicken was hard and the rice was all stuck together in clumps. My naan bread was stodgy and stale. Also our delivery driver wasn’t the most friendly and before we wouldn’t have said that.
This used to be a lovely takeaway however the standard has really gone, last time I had a kebab it was awful but knowing the quality previously I decided to order from there tonight for something different. The cheesy garlic bread was decent, however the curry was VERY obviously a microwave curry from the supermarket. Appalling! Will not be ordering again
Stay clear of this take away! Ordered food as I always do, same address and driver couldn’t locate my address which resulted in me being delivered cold food after arguing with the restaurant that it wasn’t fair as a loyal customer I should eat stale cold food. Now lost a valuable customer!
Really disappointed Donna meat was chewy and dry no taste chips were the same also chicken burger was dreadful what has happened to kebab city lucky got one star.... ?????
Food fabulous as always however the driver who dropped off extremely rude lied about being outside for 10 mins, and told me never to order again .hmmmm not the best service however food fab . Notified off such behaviour shame really driver clearly had a bad day . Not acceptable .
Order from here regularly always very good and the owner and staff are always very welcoming when you go in to collect would definitely recommend
Absolutely appalling so the delivery driver brought somebody else’s food to my door, they then returned my food 10 minutes later to us with the packaging opened and ripped, the food was really soggy & inedible. I contacted them again and the man give me verbal abuse with foul language. Stay well away. Disgusting customer service for their own mistake. I will be reporting you to food standards agency and all other relevant parties!
Good local kebab house. I have had a chips, cheese in a pitta bread and was lovely better than other takeaways within the area. Fresh salad on kebab in past visits. Lamb kebab meat very generic and average between all other kebabs but I’m not took keen on them anyway. Burgers are great and chips portions are huge.
