   Absolutely the worst Chinese food I have ever had the misfortune to try. A friend had it delivered, my dog is now eating it.

   I just ordered from the new Ruby! Never again! The portions are tiny, the chips are cold, the food is terrible, and the BBQ ribs are burnt and covered in a slimy, gravy-colored substance with the consistency of tar.

   So overpriced for poor food quality. Very salty and nothing in it. Special chow mein with 1 prawn, 1 chicken, 1 beef and 1 pork. Rest noodles and salt. Asked for bbq ribs and tasted like something else, chips over cooked and chicken wings just wings in slimy gloop!

   The worst Chinese I have ever tasted! The chicken had so much salt on it that I feel like my blood pressure has gone sky high! Tasted like perfume, vile - never order from here save your money. This place shouldn’t be serving food.

   Always polite when calling to order so 5* Food is very fresh and cooked nicely, had in the past chow meins, bbq ribs, foo young, curry sauce , chips, chicken satay all been really nice 5* prices have gone up but they would as cost all round have increased a lot . Recently tried another local Chinese as Ruby was busy and I wasn’t impressed with some of the dishes obviously back using Ruby . Delivery time always between 30-45 mins , I usually order between 7-7.30 so no delays, driver very friendly, would highly recommend for safe choice .

   I won't be ordering from here again. I understand raising the prices with current situation going on but this Chinese really isn't worth the amount they are charging. £7.80 for a chowmein which it really isn't worth. I don't think this Chinese will be open in a year's time as people will go where is cheaper.

   Good food, but for the last few times, they have somehow forgotten my order. After the specified time the order was meant to arrive, i have had to call in to see where the order was, only to be told it has not been prepared. This is 4 times in a row, so i get the hint and will be taking my business elsewhere. It’s especially annoying when you have guests with you and waiting for the order.

   Can only really echo the mixed bag sentiment. The actual taste of the food was nice but we paid almost £6 for salt and pepper chicken and what arrived was a small portion with a few measly chunks in it. Really disappointed by the overall value for money. Dominos would have been cheaper for more food.
