   The owner of this place could not do enough for us and seems like a lovely and genuine person. Our order was stollen by an uber eats driver and he could not apologise enough, even though it wasn't his fault! He made sure that we could still get it direct from them and made it all again, fresh for us, even throwing in a freebie which he didn't have to do at all! Anyways, we were all greatly pleased with the food, the service is excellent and their vegan burger is definitely awesome! So lovely to still know that genuine people are still out there.

   so disappointing!! chicken sub was literally just a brioche loaf with a few chicken and onion pieces. I did ask for all toppings but that’s all that came. The chicken to bun ratio is absolutely pathetic! The shawarma looks pretty nice but some of the chips were under cooked. Overall the food had no flavour and looks pathetic. Definitely would not recommend!! The inside of the shop was decorated nicely but it was completely empty!

   Came as a family of 5 to dine in and it didn't disappoint! The food was amazing - large portions, well presented and tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful and also gave the children some sweets as it was Halloween. We will definitely be returning!

   Lovely place, very retro. The food was very tasty but the burger was a bit smaller than expected. It was still very nice though,one of the nicest I have had in a while. Lovely staff and a very clean shop.

   Visited here with family this week. Great food, great atmosphere and very reasonable prices. The milkshakes are well worth a try. The place is super clean and tidy with modern, cool decor. We were really impressed. We were served by Mo. Really friendly and very polite, couldn’t do enough for us. Will definitely be visiting here again soon.

   Most amazing burger Ive tasted. My new favourite location in Newcastle definitely a must try. Absolutely amazing staff where do welcoming even let my little girl go behind the waffle counter and picked out her own cake. Wouldn't fault the place seriously worth the money!

   Absolutely love this place, we will definitely be going again. It's bright, colourful, spacious and has a great atmosphere playing great upbeat music. The food is very tasty and the drinks too, the mocktails come in funky bags with a straw. The service we received was brilliant with happy helpful staff who accommodated my son who needed to see the chocolate cake before ordering. We go to a lot of food places and my son who has food issues is not easy to please, mostly choosing to not eat anything, but here he loved his chicken wrap and his chocolate cake. The waffles are the nicest I've ever eaten. So glad to have found a place my son feels happy and comfortable to be in.
