Been ordering from here for over 3 years and never had any complaints!! Food is always excellent (housed 14 and 55) if you remember us!! Great place to order from!
Do not order from here. Food quality and hygiene issues clearly. Sent us the incorrect sundaes and then were asking for us to send them back for a refund after we had opened the sundaes instead of resending us the correct sundaes. Manager and staff are incredibly rude. If they think they were going to re sell the sundaes that were opened that is utterly disgusting. Im pretty sure that is against food saftey to be doing that or asking back for an order they messed up and then refusing refund when we mentioned we opened the sundaes. Of course we had to open the food to check it. The level of incompetence is un matched.
My first time ordering here and the food is so delicious the burger is not like a regular takeaway burger. It’s like a restaurant quality burger. Made me so full and satisfied and it’s so affordable. Will be ordering more in the future
Ripped off brought the buy one get one free burger value box only one burger came, and no donner meat, they told me there donner machine is broke after taking my money and refusing a refund or to send out the other burger, will not use again
Gave wrong food (replacement was nice tbh) and always given lukewarm to cold fries along with mozzarella sticks with no mozzarella
We ordered a philly cheese steak sandwich, came on what looked like a stale baguette that was reheated and the was a big tear on one side. It was okay but the meat was definitely not rib eye as advertised, either that or it was the most overcooked poor quality rib eye i've tasted. We also ordered philly cheese stake dirty fries, which again were okay but it was missing advertised ingredients and again the meat was poor. The triple burger was good although we asked for lettuce on it and got a tiny sliver, heart attack guaranteed! The single NY nick burger came with just mayo and was missing the Chipotle sauce. To summarise, the food was poor/average quality, missing or incorrect ingredients and not particularly cheap. We've ordered from here 3 times now, first time was actually quite good, each time the quality has gone down. Won't be ordering again.
Really poor quality this is a cheap frozen burger at a premium price there so much better available now if you want a good burger. Had a chicken burger too, small and messy and the sauce was everywhere but where it should be. They also missed the tower from it so it was an extra couple of quid for nothing. Total waste wont go again.
Had from here a while back, food was good then. I’ve had food tonight and can’t believe how bad it was. Loaded fries were hard, burger was disgusting and my wings were raw. Never again!
