Great experience at this Burger King! The restaurant was clean, the service was quick, and the food was fresh. A special shout-out to the manager, Brad—he was incredibly friendly, professional, and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Definitely one of the best BK locations thanks to his leadership!
I had a lovely experience, the place was very clean and a man named Landon served me he was very helpful and made my food fast and efficiently. He was the only one in the kitchen and was very quick at making orders. My food was lovely.
Not one single table was clean, rubbish everywhere and bin overflowing. Whoever is managing this branch needs a good talking to, and needs to get their act together. Somebody from burger king HQ needs to come and get a grip of this branch.
Didn't manage get any food the girl was standing behind the counter doing absolutely nothing no customers at all. I asked her if I could order she said no use the self service kiosk, I asked her if she could order for me she said no so we left. Where does it end are we going to end up cooking it ourself aswell? Visited today around 3pm.
As one of only two tables in any empty restaurant it was shocking to see the mess covering the whole floor. The bond were overloaded and no attempt to clean table tops had been made for well over an hour (obvious from build up). Service was ridiculous, I stood waiting (being ignored) for 10 mins before a day off member told me I could only order using the self serve. I had not brought my glasses and informed him of this to which he offered to read me the menu. This is obviously a very kind gesture and a member of staff going above and beyond BUT why are staff not allowed to serve? Secondly, why don't they clearly signpost that? What made it more frustrating was he then said you can print the receipt and he will put it through the till?! I could have banged my head on a wall. Will not be returning. In contrast the cafe next door with double the seating and equal staff with a much wider menu was squeaky clean.
Sadly the young man serving didn't have any allergy knowledge. Maybe train the staff better.
Very fractious lunch time visit here. Long queues and no orders being taken A lot of disgruntled customers.
