Cold Pie..... Not what you want when it's -4 outside.... Pie special....Pie was cold as if it had just come out of a fridge .... The chips etc wasn't much better....

Been using this chip shop for years as it’s close to me, its always been good but went tonight and I’m sorry to say that the portion size was pittyful with mainly grey bruised bitty chips that looked like they were cooked 2 days ago, fritters that are like soggy slim pickings and fish as hard as bricks, I heard locally that things had changed but didn’t believe till now, I will not be going there again, I understand prices have gone up everywhere but I’m not paying high prices for that sorry mess, I don’t understand how they can serve food like that. A coupe of quid more I could have gone for a full sit down meal and a pint! I will travel further to the milehouse chip shop which is far far better!!

Always used this chippy as its local to me but as of tonight i wont be going again unfortunately , £5 for the smallest portion of donner meat dripping with grease , chips barely even wrapped up falling out in the bag and fritters that are completely solid. All handed to me by a rude member of staff who didn't even look at me while passing me the bag that i literally had to reach over the counter for to get from her ! This is not the first time being served by this girl with the attitude, ile make sure the kids dont go here anymore from now, the place is slowly going down hill. Shame

Raw meat pudding ! Fish was not fresh , I would hazard a guess it was leftover from either lunch time or god forbid before ! Chips enough for a family of 10 Unfortunately NOT nice at all! Pale , very greasy , leaving a very nasty aftertaste ! Gravy nice though Worst chippy tea we’ve ever had
