    The server was evidently hard of hearing as neither of the two items I ordered were correct. My sub came with red peppers instead of tomato and my cheesy garlic slice was a veggie deli sub at over 4 times the price.

    Ordered the Garlic Cheese Steak sub. It was advertised as coming with lettuce, tomato, red onion, peppers and cucumber, plus garlic oil and garlic sauce. My husband was not watching the food be prepared and so none of the above listed items were given. He asked if there was anything else he would like and he asked for additional olives and sweetcorn. There was a few olives and literally 3 kernels of sweetcorn. What a disappointment.

    AWFUL! The service is terrrivle. It took so long for every thing. They were more focused on online orders and when they could answer stuff they didn’t.

    Arrived before closing at 6.55pm (closes at 7pm) all we wanted was juice and some cookies and we got a yell saying closed sorry. And then they just ignored us after I said they closed at 7pm. Not happy

    Restaurant was really messy. Staff seemed miserable. Lots of things out of stock including soft drinks and breads. The food we did get was alright, probably won’t go again.

    Been in this morning to subway me and my friend from work, as we always go in every Sunday and the women that served us was very rude she had us waiting at least 5 min while she was labelling the cookies up no apologies after making us wait, then there was hardly any bread so we had what we didn’t really want, I asked for a foot long and ended up with half whilst still with not very good manor's she then asks what salad we would like, previously to this each time we have gone we have never been told we can only have 2 type of salad on the sub so ended up having hardly any salad of our choices and just not the sandwich we wanted at all, whilst also having a member of staff who clearly has got no people skills and manors we were really disappointed with our visit today as the lady attitude absolutely stank, many thanks
