   Cancelled my order within half hour of placing it with just eat as said be hour and a half, called them first to advise and they had not even started to cook it and said to cancel with just eat which I did and yet just eat and they have not refunded me so I’ve paid £31.49 for so something I’ve not had and they have the attitude of it’s not their problem….and hung up on me …avoid them at all, costs and looking at reviews food not great either just disgusting service and attitude DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY no explanation why wont refund and they have lost nothing as had not even started to cook and had over an hours notice of the cancellation

   Food cold and greasy. Some dishes,the spices seem raw. Vermicelli was fine. Veggie / vegan options very limited. Go to Royal Garden - the other high street options are just as crap. Maybe if I hadn't been born and brought up where good Asian food is freely available - my best friend at nursery school was in the Chinese High Commission - I'd think this rubbish was ok, but, ugh. East of England needs to up its game, useless dump.

   Don't waste your money.. we usually order from Jade Garden, due to chinese new year they were closed.. we ordered from here instead and threw the majority in the bin, this morning.. tasteless, greasy food.. the chicken balls were burnt. There's a reason why jade gardens phone is always busy.. and this place isn't.. won't buy again.. regretted spending the £30..

   Nice food, good value. Just had a takeaway from here having not had one for a while, had our standard dishes which were all up to scratch and they also did me a vegetarian curry which wasn’t on the menu. The food was ready on schedule, tasty and good value.

   Food was still frozen and ordered through Just Eat who won’t issue a refund , Mings won’t refund either as payment is to Just Eat even though I got in my car and returned the food, worst food and experience ever for Chinese food. Definitely would not use Just Eat for delivery ever again, whatever you do get your food from another takeaway, it’s not worth it..

   We always order from here. We collect as it’s only a short drive away and pay with cash. The food is always amazing. The sweet and sour sauce is the best out of the all competitors as it isnt neon and fake looking. The dishes are all good size. Never had a problem. All freshly cooked. Our favourite.

   I find the food here to be good quality, and there are few competitors in the area. They almost always give free prawn crackers, and even then the prices are reasonable. Their set meals are especially so. The two times I’ve been I’ve been served by two ladies, presumably a mother and daughter. Both were kind and accommodating and the mother showed a keen interest in getting to know her customers and was very pleasant. I also pre-ordered over the phone and the food was ready as requested and the portion sizes quite generous.
