    Didn't purchase anything in here but came for a look around as had seen it mentioned in some TikTok's talking about local shops in Brighton. I'm unsure why there are so many negative reviews. From what I saw, the staff members were speaking to customers pleasantly and kindly reminding them to keep ahold of children who were pulling things off of shelves. Again, I didn't purchase anything, just browsed, but from what I observed the stuff in the store was well priced and staff seemed lovely.

    This shop publicly posts customers’ names and how many times they’ve shopped there in its Google Maps replies, without permission. Of course, this is personal information, and no one wants that to be shared. It’s unbelievable that a store would violate privacy so casually β€” it’s beyond careless, and honestly shocking. They claim that their higher prices are justified due to taxes on American products, but other UK-based shops like MamaOwl and Smallfolk sell the same US products at the official retail price and offer excellent customer service. I highly recommend shopping there instead. *Of course, the shop I compared your pricing with is also located in the United Kingdom, and the comparison was made based on the GBP prices for orders shipped within the UK. Therefore, the conditions are identical, and the difference lies solely in the retail price set by your store.

    I placed an order for an item on Sunday evening. There were some sensitive and unusual circumstances surrounding the order, which meant that I needed to make a request concerning dispatch and delivery. I emailed Junior Edition that same evening, hoping for the best but uncertain whether they would get to my email in time to help. To my surprise and immense gratitude, I received a very helpful and kind reply at 9.30 on Monday morning - Junior Edition solved my problem within half an hour of the business opening to start the working week. I am so glad to have the opportunity to recommend this lovely business. Wonderful customer service. Five stars.

    Placed an order for some Sonny angels from this store. I emailed the shop to query if the Sonny angels were real, I received an email the next morning explaining that they are real and explained where the stock came from, they also answered another email I sent with another question and I received a reply within 10 minutes with a helpful answer. I am waiting for my order to arrive but the customer service was outstanding and I’m impressed with the stock of the Sonny angels, they have stock that no where else has and they aren’t extremely overpriced like other stores. Looking forward to my order arriving and will be ordering from here again.

    I wish I had read all the poor reviews about shopping online with this store and the customer service before I made an order as it would have saved me a lot of stress. In a nutshell: delivery took a long time, redelivery was arranged after I asked them not to do that and a great deal of my time was spent on the phone to the store, by email to the owners to no avail. I finally got a response with the tracking information I needed but only after I had left a poor review. Sadly, Nathan (whom I understand is the owner) didn’t stop there and sent an incredibly unpleasant email which I found not only unprofessional but also pretty upsetting to receive as a customer. I don’t think I’ve ever been made to feel that way by a retailer before. I love to support small businesses but would never, ever shop from JE again - a really shocking and stressful experience. I would like to highlight that I have already fed this back to the owner and he has chosen not to respond to my email, hence I am comfortable in the knowledge that this review will come as no surprise to them.

    Absolutely outstanding customer service. Always know if I shop here it’ll be a great experience. They have a great selection of brands and do fab sales too so always feels well worth the money!

    I've only visited once but must say that I completely disagree with the recent comment about a cold reception! I was made to feel very welcome as soon as I stepped through the door and had a wonderful experience shopping here. I picked up a couple of lovely gifts for a friend's daughter and all in all, can't wait to go back! Couldn't recommend it more, frankly!

    I love, love shopping online at Junior Edition. The quality and range is amazing. But on both occasions when I have excitedly made it to the actual shop I've been met with a cold reception. The first time I had two young children with me, rather chaotic scenes, but it's a children's shop so you would think there would be some empathy there, instead I felt as if the shop assistants couldn't wait for me to leave. The second time I was by myself and again was met with a cold reception - no eye contact, no acknowledgement of existence, not even a smile when I smiled. It's just quite a strange environment. I do love the shop just feel that the customer facing staff need to be more welcoming
