Went in as a group of 6, 4 adults 2 kids over 10, asked to use the table with the swing as the kids loved the idea. Despite the place being empty when we arrive untill the time we left. We was told we couldn't sit there, ordered meals, and kids slightly disappointed there was no soft drink option of any kind but enjoyed there milkshakes Ordered a variety of food and spice levels to test out the menu and asked lots of questions (good to see how they treat a novice trying something new) server had a decent knowledge of the food but wasnt very forthcoming with information on various dishes. Spices and sauces were amazing on the food and the portions were an ok size. Be carful though as they wont tell you everything contains bone and limited meat, had the Malabar curry and only 1 piece of chicken was edible, the others were simply cartilage and chunks of bone with the slightest trace of meat on. Son bit into his (unaware of bones) and hurt his mouth on a very sharp bone as hadn't been simmered till soft. Nuts also arnt listed on this such as the plain rice too, Again we was the only group in there and waited over 40 mins for all meals to arrive. 1 was served after 25 mins and finished before the rest arrived. They did make time for a takeaway order to be collected by a driver even though we had been in there 20 mins at this point. Over all a severely disappointing experience, flavours 10/10, service speed and quality of meat dishes 3/10, noodle dishes 7-8/10, teas 9/10 milkshakes 9/10

Very spacious interior with well-designed seating. Perfect for birthdays and celebrations. The food is very tasty—portion sizes are a bit small, but the quality is excellent.Really worth it. Free parking is available at Sol Central Car Park.

Manna Restaurant: Ambiance Adipoli, But Meen Pollichathu Fell Flat! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Manna food corner Restaurant in Northampton is seriously a winner when it comes to ambience. The vibe is so good—it’s inviting, warm, and there’s ample space to sit down, relax, and eat, which is a big relief. Perfect for a family outing or catching up with friends. The menu has a wide variety of food, making it tough to choose! What really hit the spot were the classics. The porotta was super fresh, flaky, and soft—exactly how it should be. The beef perattu was fantastic; it was cooked perfectly and the spices were on point, full of that great Kerala flavour. And the pothichoru? that was a lovely, authentic treat wrapped up nicely—truly excellent. Now for the disappointment. Price-wise, I felt some dishes were overpriced or chicken 65 was £9 for the quantity given personally felt it was overpriced. The big letdown, though, was the Meen Pollichathu. Frankly, it was not up to the mark. I could distinctly taste that farm taste (farmil valarthiya chuvayund), and it was too evident. For a pollichathu, that lack of freshness is a major downer. Overall: If you're looking for great seating, superb atmosphere, and excellent porotta, beef, and pothichoru, Manna is a great choice. r Recommended

Of the 2+ years I have spent in Northampton, I can say that the Mix Veg Curry I had here was the best vegetable curry yet! Fried Rice needs some improvements. Ambience: The Ambience is nice. It feels modern + Kerela music connects to the roots. Food: The star dish for me was the Mix Veg Curry. The spices were balanced to perfection and the coconut gravy felt heavenly. Coupled with Parotta, me and my wife loved it. Masala Dosa was also quite well cooked, Crispy from the outside and tasty potato gravy on the inside. Paneer Manchurian was also fine. Later, I also had Fish here. It came real hot cooked in banana leaf, fully immersed in authentic Indian spices. It was delicious! My wife had Kerela meals, and she loved it. I was slightly disappointed by the Schezwan fried rice. The choice of rice variety for fried rice was wrong in my opinion. Generally, a thinner variety of rice (Like Basmati) tastes better when it comes to Schezwan Fried rice. I also felt that it lacked soya sauce. Overall, this could be improved. Service: Service was polite and took reasonable time as all the dishes were cooked on demand and fresh. In summary, I would completely recommend this restaurant to anyone reading this review. Even if you're a non vegetarian, you must try the Mix veg curry. There are tons of other dishes available as well and I want to try more whenever I have the chance; specially the authentic Kerela ones like fish etc.

Authentic Indian food experience in Northampton. Really enjoyed the tapioca with chicken. Also the chicken biriyani which was more than enough for 2. Staff is really helpful and friendly.
