   Bun X is hands down my favourite place to eat out in Norwich. The food is consistently excellent! Amazing burgers and feast trays that are great value, perfect for sharing, and always seriously tasty. The menu is also regularly updated, which keeps things exciting and gives you a genuine reason to come back and try something new each time. What really sets Bun X apart is the service. The staff are always friendly, attentive, and genuinely lovely. On the rare occasion when things haven’t quite gone to plan, they’ve gone above and beyond to make it right. Which says a lot about how much they care about the customer experience. The team remember me when I visit, greet us warmly, and there’s always great banter. It turns a great meal into a genuinely brilliant experience. They're also brilliant on social media: super responsive, highly engaged, and very generous when it comes to celebrating milestones and achievements with their customers. All in all, Bun X nails it! Incredible food, great value, and top-tier service. I just wish I could get there more often.

   I have been wanting to come here for a while. We had a lovely warm welcome on a dark damp night. Warm environment with a young vibe and good music. The burgers are nice but can be a little hard to eat with their size and wetness. Very enjoyable meal and look forward to returning in the future.

   Bloody amazed by how great BunX is. The burgers were absolutely spectacular. Such a lovely space with great vibes, and most importantly.. great food!!! Beef, or chicken, they’re both brilliant choices with an array of enticing dips! INCLUDING RANCH!! (To die for) The staff were fantastic, and friendly. Definitely made us feel extremely welcome. They were very understanding with dealing with a gluten allergy on our booking, even a bunless burger was a delicious choice, with all the salad and smashed patties. I could go on and on. Bottom line is.. try it for yourself and I promise you that you won’t be disappointed, trust me. These guys know how to do burgers. We’re definitely going again next week when we’re next in Norwich.

   Went out with my partner here. We got the £25 feast tray and it was incredible! So worth the money, one of the best burgers I've had. I'm definitely coming back!

   I had high expectations of this place after seeing them on social media. The food was good but the service wasn’t great. Our food came out in 3 stages with minutes wait in between each stage, so the food that got there first was cold by the time it all arrived. People on the table next to us were forgotten about after ordering their food 50 minutes prior. The food runner also spilt half our Kiev chicken bites on the floor, he was clearly embarrassed but there was no offer to replace what we had lost at no fault of our own. So we were left with a part portion of this for full price. I know the is not the venues fault but there were also screaming children playing around people eating. We visited at around 20:00 on a Friday night.

   Visited on Saturday 21st January. Arrived for lunch, no booking but able to find a table. Norwich match was on and the place was busy, a nice atmosphere, though the very loud noise of a bell, or phone going off wasn't great (guessing it's a notification when food is ready). Serviced quickly and good January specials - though not advertised there that I could see, we knew due to Facebook. Food was quick, hot and lovely. One of the best burgers I've had in Norwich. Smashed browns are amazing, along with the Korean chicken bites, really nice. We paid extra for the gravy dip. Great value with the offer and have been recommending to friends to visit. We will return.

   Had an amazing burger! The Korean and the BBQ bacon burgers were mouthwatering, fresh meat, soft buns, and doused in favour! 100% recommend coming! The wings could have been hotter but chef is working on that already so hence the 5star review. I definitely look forward to visiting again soon!!
