Average at best, it is what it is. Fries were fresh, chicken was really greasy. Gravy was hot, wings were like warm, been sat around a while. Was busy so service was fairly slow.
Had a really lovely kfc here! Very fresh chicken and it came out really quick, couldn’t give service and atmosphere a 5 star as with most kfc, ordered through the machine, and as most service station, we just faced the motorway, so can only give 4/5 on that front. But food, 5/5!!!
Some how we managed to end up here twice, on the way up and back. (Over a period of days)! We ordered the gravy box which was missing chicken. The wait both times was not fast food quick. For a lunch time when it's busy they only had one server on. We also watched when they gave the wrong order out and took it back to swap it. Still tasted good so 2 stars, but we will be trying to avoid this next time.
Ordered Big Gravy Bucket,which contains 6pc chicken, 6mini fillets, 8 hot wings , 4 gravy , 4 fries and 1.5 litter Pepsi The worst chicken i had ever had from KFC outlets, everything taste very bad and seems like oil is very old , gravy taste like spoiled one. Only good was their signature fries . Never suggest anyone this KFC anyone, not worth for money we pay. Tastes like having spoiled food giving money. Parking facility is there and washroom facilities are there for the building
Motorway service station was fairly quiet so not many people in the queue. Order was ready quickly and tasted great. Staff were friendly
Nice food but very expensive. £9 for a meal that would cost £6 in a normal restaurant. Only stopped because I was starving but it’s such a shame we have to be ripped off at service stations. Hardly in the middle of nowhere as there was a deliveroo bike rider there waiting to deliver locally!!
Had to wait over an hour for food, 28 + orders in front plus orders jumping over ( maybe for drinks only?) Paid for four large meals including one double zinger meal. Only received 1 zinger, raised with KFC staff and they agreed that 2 zinger had been ordered but would not honour as my husband had brought over to the table and not checked that all food was there in the £40 order at the counter while picking up. 5* for the wonderful service station staff who were exceptionally helpful and the duty manager from Starbucks. Would not use KFC again.
4pm on a busy Friday. Ordering machines were offline and there was a queue but it was only 5 mins to order and then 5 mins to prepare the food. Two box meals, nothing missing and piping hot throughout. The seating area was tidy, with clean tables. For my first KFC in 20 years, and considering the terrible reviews you see all over the place for them, this exceeded my lowered expectations. For my son of 15 having his first ever KFC, he liked it.
Poor management of staff who were not interested in sorting out correct orders. Rude attitude when trying to sort the food from whoever was in the kitchen. . Refused to actually correct an issue. Kfc head office come and sort this!!
