   They have definitely forgotten how important customers are. Being ‘almost’ the only Chinese takeaway away in the area is not an excuse for not showing appreciation of customers. The food is quite good but service is certainly lacking. That they refuse to take electronic payments is the absolute proof of this. Electronic banking payments add less than 1% to their operating costs. When a business is taking over £3,000 per night and they can’t handle a 1% charge, either the business is badly run or is greedy.

   Always excellent quality food, our go to Friday night or pay day weekend treat - great value for money, cash only but friendly quick delivery. The most popular Chinese takeaway in the town and deservedly so.

   First off food taken over an hour and half and when I had called up to speak to the women to ask for how long it will be as my children were waiting for there tea, she’s then proceeded to be been rude and lie to me saying it will be 10 mins, 40 mins later we have got the food we ordered 2 loads of salt and pepper chicken with salt and pepper chips. all I could taste was salt. Noodles were dry and had no flavour, sweet and sour sauce was vinegary and lastly was having a bit of chicken and found some black hard thing in the chicken personally wouldn’t recommend. Definitely will not be ordering again!

   Tried this take away for the first time based on previous reviews. I must have high expectations as I did not rate this take away at all. I had a set meal, the vegetables had no flavour and no sauce, the sweet and sour chicken was ok , beef black bean didn't have much sauce or flavours. If you like a lot of food you're fine but I won't be returning.

   It was my first visit to Canton Kitchen tonight while visiting my dad’s for a planned Chinese takeaway and movie night. I found the recommendations from pretty much everyone who answered a thread on a Sandbach Facebook group all saying the best place was Canton Kitchen and WOW were they right. We had beef and black bean, prawn foo yung and egg fried rice. Every single dish was cooked perfectly, full of flavour and delicious. My dad is an instant convert like myself and he’s normally incredibly difficult to please. Will be back soon!
