   Very disappointing trip to this shop. We planned our visit after being recommended by friends and a lack of baby shops in the area. We are limited to time when my other half is not working to bring me, he had taken the day off, as I am on a wheelchair at the moment and cannot shop alone. We planned on getting all the essentials for baby and we're looking to buy an entire travel system, cot, next to me crib, bouncer and play gym as well as smaller items too. When we arrived the shop was empty other than us, and two shop assistants who were both on their phones. They completely ignored us the entire time we were there, and we were having to move things out of the way off the floor and push back rails etc to get around the shop with the wheelchair. Not ideal either for a mum pushing a pram as railings were sticking out at pushchair height, with no stock on. There was no 'hello' or interest in what we might potentially be spending or offers of help when we wwere looking at prams and car seats. Such a shame as we were hoping to get everything we needed in this one trip as running out of time before baby arrives and wanted to support an independent retailer. We will shop online or in chain stores in future, at least you get some customer service then

   We visited Precious Little Things a few weeks ago with the intention of viewing a specific travel system. We entered the shop to a relaxed atmosphere and were left to browse. We spoke with Marc who was very welcoming and knowledgeable, he took us through the different options enough to help us make our decision. We placed our order with Clare who was as helpful as Marc and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We both left feeling like we had bought the right package for our due little one but also from a family run business whom actually care for their customers. Follow up, we have had contact with updates on our order via phone calls and are eagerly awaiting the delivery of our travel system. Thank you Clare and Marc, we will be recommending you to our friends and family. Ollie and Vickii.

   Again, what exceptional service. Messaged regarding what stock they had for a specific stroller and had a reply within minutes. The lady was so helpful and showed me an alternative option after discussing my requirements. She demonstrated the stroller perfectly and took the time to make sure it was ready for me to take away there and then. Nothing ever seems to be a problem for them, always polite and professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

   Precious Little Things were great, really good price and customer service was excellent, they were really quick to respond on the live chat. Also it's great to support a local business (based in Worthing, Sussex). Note: When ordering Mamas and Papas items, Mamas and Papas use a courier service called Panther that don't deliver on weekends or do evening delivery's (which is insane!). They also delivered to the wrong address even when PLT confirmed with them which the right one was. I haven't deducted a star from PPT as it is out of their control and not their fault

   Visited today by chance to look at options to replace our heavy travel system and double stroller with a lightweight / small fold buggy. The lady was very polite and helpful with options and happy to let us put my youngest in them to try whilst being friendly to my toddler. I am very happy with our choice as our both my boys. So nice to have somewhere that has a wide range of options to actually look at and compare as this is rare now with the growth of online shopping and the closure of mothercare. Would highly recommend.

   We have bought multiple items from Precious Little Things. The store staff have on every occasion been friendly, and helpful in making decisions without being pushy. The range is extensive and seems to be competitive to online pricing. Additionally when we purchased some furniture through the shop and when it emerged that one of the parts was faulty (not the store's fault) they worked hard to ensure the manufacturer sent out replacement parts which was much appreciated. Overall, a great addition to the high street.

   We visited the shop to find a more compact buggy for our little one. A lovely lady spent a long time with us and together we worked out what we wanted. She let us put our baby in the various styles and attach our rucksack so we knew how they would work for us. We ended up choosing a colour that wasn’t currently in stock so we preordered it. We had a few questions while we were waiting for it to be delivered and I was amazed by the super fast replies! I couldn’t be happier with the service in store or via messenger whilst we were waiting. As soon as they had the delivery of the buggy to the store, they sent it out to be delivered the next day. I wish I knew about this lovely little shop earlier in our baby journey!
