   I went there four times to return the product I bought. Even though they called customer service, they still haven’t refunded my money. I told them I paid by bank card and can show the bank details, yet they keep asking if I paid with a gift card. They say they can’t give me a refund and can only offer a gift card instead. They are unhelpful and not solution-oriented at all. I will never shop at this company again. I don’t know about their other branches, but definitely do not shop at the Brighton branch.

   Popped into the store as I'd seen a pair of trainers online and wanted to try on and check the sizing. Would like to say how helpful, friendly & knowledgeable we found Louis, who assisted me in finding a similar pair to try for size. Louis did offer to order the pair I had seen to store but I declined as the busfare into town to collect is around the same price as next day delivery to my front door. It can sometimes be intimidating to walk into a store aimed at younger people. It was refreshing however to enter a store where the staff are helpful and friendly and not talking amongst themselves. Thankyou Louis, we will be recommending Footasylum to others.

   Extremely poor customer service, with the store employees making up their own refund policy, with no compliance to the 28 day refund policy. Employees were very rude, dismissive and made up false accusations to deny refund. The blonde girl which I have seen has gotten several complaints should really be retrained or fired because not only was she rude, but also did not comply with store policy, as well as the lady with braids. Do not shop at Footasylum Brighton.

   Only got 1 star because u can’t give a zero.Shambles of a company.Customer service non existent.Totally incompetent at dealing with any mistakes they make.The whole experience left me feeling like I’d been scammed which in a way I had .AVOID
