Honestly, doesn't look like much from the outside, but a warm welcome inside and a huge selection of beers, even in a vending machine in the entrance way! It's like a beer festival selection in there. Didn't eat from the menu but it looked amazing, and good sausage roll from the bar. You won't be disappointed if you like a proper beer pub.
Very busy night due to Christmas lights switch on. Luckily, we got a seat. The band were good, but people weren't really listening to them. So a lot of chat around us - which is fair, it's a pub. Drinks are at Norwich drinks prices. A few pints can be had for under a fiver.

Was visiting Norwich from London yesterday and had a great time at the festival they had on! Staff were all super great and the place had such a nice energy. They had so many amazing beers on from breweries all over which was amazing to see and try! Great garden and the food was really good, especially the vegetarian nuggets! Will be back!

One of my favourite pubs, great staff, great atmosphere, dogs welcome! Always a great beer selection and then there's the delicious Motherchip to top it off!

Excellent choice of beers, knowledgeable and friendly staff, all in a relaxed environment. Beer choice regularly changes and has some innovative options, with food available in the form of loaded chips and burgers. There's plenty of outdoor seating space, with an area to the front and rear of the pub. Table service is currently offered and cards are accepted.
