   Awful avoid at all costs worst Chinese I have had ! Crispy duck was soggy ! The rice was like micro wave sachet and tasteless, the chips very few as you can see and luckily they were crap so didn't need more, the chicken tasted slimy like I don’t know what it was but it didn’t taste like chicken, we usually use Chop Suey or Hings but the weather was terrible so ordered in, won’t do that again TERRIBLE !!!!! Oh and expensive !!!!!

   A mix of things here, some dishes brilliant and great value too like the mixed starter box for 2 people, some dishes not so good, I would avoid the duck in orange sauce. I've eaten from here a few of times, choose carefully and it's very good

   Really didn't enjoy our food unfortunately. The starters were absolutely incinerated (apart from the prawn toast and chicken wings) and the main (roast pork) was inedible for me, the sauce was horrible. Won't order again sorry.

   Ordered from here and was pretty disappointed. The crispy duck was nice, however way too crispy meaning a lot of the duck was dried up. The deep fried starter also similar, not enough filing and too much dry pastry etc. The soup was ok, however lacked any flavour. Added some salt and it tasted better, but far too gelatinous. The main was also completely tasteless, and the bamboo chutes were inedible. Won't be ordering from here again I'm afraid.

   Currently (Sept 2025) the best Chinese around. We have takeaways regularly and we shop around. We've tried most in Crewe, mostly OK- just OK. This one stands head and shoulders above the rest. Quick, hot, very tasty, a bit pricey. But overall excellent. Geoff, Shavington.

   First time using Emperor for a Chinese. Food was hot and ready on time. Salt & Pepper chip's were great. Chicken in Black bean was really good. However the duck in plum sauce was slightly disappointing. Quite a bit of fat and also it was coated in something which I'd not experienced before. But a good meal.

   Used to be a regular here but tonight is the last time I'll order. Almost 3 hours to have food delivered, chips seemed to have been from a few nights ago, curry was too hot for the Mrs to eat even though we've ordered this dish 20+ times and never been this spicy. The rice was cold and the order was missing noodles. Was meant to be a nice birthday lockdown meal from a place we use regularly.
