   Had a wonderful customer service experience with Martina today. She was so helpful, friendly and understanding. My daughter had worn in her boots (bought around three weeks ago) but although they fitted her feet fine, they were still hurting her a lot around the ankle and leaving sores and marks, to the point where she didn’t want to wear them as it was too painful. Martina gave us the option of exchanging them even though they had been worn. Not all shops (or salespeople) would have done this. It made us feel like we hadn’t wasted our money on these boots and we will definitely be going back to the shop in future for the children’s shoes. Thank you Martina!

   Lucy was fantastic. After reading some poor reviews about rude staff I was apprehensive about going to this store for my baby’s first shoes however I also couldn’t face taking him to town at Christmas…. So I though I’d try. I was very pleasantly surprised when lovely Lucy was assisting and was very helpful in sizing and fitting LO’s first shoes. She was even very lovely when he decided to start taking all the shoes off the rack, very kindly just smiled and put them back. Thank you so much.

   Rude reception being 6 minutes late for a 30 minute allocated time of 9-9.30. It literally takes a few minutes to measure older children's feet. Lady said she had cancelled the appointment on my arrival - however I received no text or email or phone call . Considering the shop opened at 9am , she had obviously taken a walk in, that she was too busy to see me at 9.06 ?
