Beautiful clothes. Well made. Italian, so different, but timeless. Staff very helpful and friendly. If you have not been, then do go, allow time as there is so much to see. Reasonable prices also, will be back.
I used to shop here every week and usually bought something too until I wanted my money back then it turned a bit sour. When I purchased this item of clothing (for someone else) I was told I could get a refund if I returned it in 2 weeks with receipt which I did. The owner said it had to be returned the same day for a refund. Needless to say I will not be returning to purchase anything from this shop in future
Buy lots in this shop. Had injury and unable to try on as no seat in changing room but was refused a refund . Very disappointed. I love this shop but the refusal was unfair as I could not try on as disabled facilities not provided. My friend questioned this when she went to the shop later and was told I could have used the stock room if I had asked!
On the surface the clothing looks lovely but take a closer look at the stitching. I have purchased items in the past which do not last wear. I have bought numerous tops from there recently and they are not cheap in cost. After one wear and on a very low wash the stitching has come away. I decided to take them back to the shop and speak to the manager, who was extremly rude to me. He took them next door to the guy he knows to have them sewn. He would not give an exchange so disappointing. There were a few tops with defects on the hangers which I did point out to the sales person. They do not offer refunds.... They offer credit note or exchange only. Unfortunately I don't think I will be buying any more from there.
Bought a jumper on Monday, returned it Tuesday where I was greeted by a very rude gentleman to be told no refunds on goods!!! They only offer an exchange or Credit Note. I think it would be helpful to be told at the purchase as now due to Covid there are no fitting rooms available. So this is a shop I will in future avoid at all costs as the customer service is the worst I have ever received!!!! To be honest I would give it No stars at all.
Love this shop, no matter what size or shape you are, majority of clothes are one size so something for everyone and also very trendy so no need for larger ladies to be looking frumpy.
