   I have spent a lot of money here in the past but just had the most disappointing experience when I tried to exchange then return something. Not having found a suitable exchange I asked for a refund which was refused. 1 month credit note was all that was provided. I will not be back and they have lost a customer, which the staff didn’t seem to concerned about. Awful customer service.

   I have read some negative reviews on here which are incorrect. I'm not sure which planet these planet these people are on. Together with my wife we have been going to this shop, travelling from Cardiff, for a number of years and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly even though we turn up in our motorcycle gear. We have always engaged in chit chat and have a great laugh with the ladies Linda, Amy & Julie. If I'm honest I hate shopping with my wife but even I enjoy looking at the all the amazing clothes in here. We have always had a warm welcome. Keep smiling ladies, your doing a fantastic job. Oh yeah, this no coffee machine

   Poor customer service with over inflated egotistical staff (you work in a clothes shop love). Lack of a size range. And too much range which cheapens the products. Poor retail knowledge indeed. Start with customer service, decrease your offer but make what you offer the best quality and have the size range. Looks like a wholesale warehouse.

   I love the items in Coco Blush very stylish and classy. I live in Cardiff and attended the branch over the last seven years. I have now visited on many occasions the Mumbles branch. Sharon is an amazing sales person. Her personality, humour, integrity, style, shines through. Very lucky to have staff with special qualities. Hence, the main Cardiff branch, have a lady which is so rude and make you feel not welcome! Obviously, they may have more tourists and don't have to work so hard. Sharon is 5 stars and the staff all have good skills to promote the branch.

   Do not shop at this shop if you don’t try the garments on. I couldn’t try the clothes on in the shop as I am disabled. The clothes i paid for did not suit when I did try them on and I took them back. They would not give me my money back even though I took them back the next day. They gave me a credit note which I unfortunately lost. I have tried to get them on the phone to explain. We live the other side of the country and were only visiting briefly. My daughter tried to reason with the staff. She saw the transaction on the till but they still would not give me my money back. They would not give her the name of the owner or give us a telephone number so that we could carry this further. Very bad practice. Sadly I will never go to that shop again. And I advise others to stay away.

   There are some lovely items for sale,however after buying in the mumbles shop a top I went to the Swansea store and they had the same item at half price so I returned to Mumbles to have a refund, I was offered an exchange or credit note which I was told could only be used in the mumbles shop as "they don't stock the same as the Swansea shop". I will use my credit note within the month as I was told at mumbles but I shall not be buying there again.

   Absolutely disgusted with the way management spoke to myself and my mum, leaning over the counter without a mask and with an aggressive tone. People in the shop were looking and another customer came up to us and said she could hear the way we were being treated and would also not be returning to the shop. All we wanted to do was exchange a top, but apparently we could only exchange in neath as it wasn't a recent purchase..... (not our fault shops had been shut) I have never been spoken to so badly, and will definitely be spreading the word and Not returning again.
