I like the fashions, but this summer I have bought a pair of earrings that broke within weeks and a piece of knitwear that was damaged in the first wash, despite following the laundry instructions to the letter. Staff were helpful with the returns. I just hope they can sort out the quality issues.

I went yesterday to the shop in Mumbles, as it was my birthday and my husband wanted to buy me some clothing as I love the brand. I asked a lady ( I believe she is in her fifties, blond) about a top matching a skirt that I liked, her reply was: everything is there....She didn't want to be bothered. I don't know why but she was very rude and didn't have a clue about customer service even my husband was dismayed about it. This lady was the reason I will never buy anything from the Mumbles shop, please employ polite people that want to serve and help customers
