   My mum and I stopped by eden just before closing to pick up a few things for my dad, and we were greeted with such warmth and attentiveness. Both gentlemen working that evening were incredibly kind, but there was one in particular his calm demeanor and charming mixed-race appearance made a lasting impression. I didn’t have the chance to properly chat, but I couldn’t help but wish I had. If by any chance he happens to see this, I’d love to connect. It’s rare to meet someone so engaging, and I regret not asking for his details. A sincere thank you to both for making our visit so pleasant and memorable

   Bought a suit in December for a specific wedding, first time worn a seam on the waistcoat came apart. Went to the shop in MacArthur Glenn Bridgend told it was my fault. Will never use this shop again!!!!

   Nice clothes, lovely suits. Zero staff interaction with customers. Looking for a prom suit for my son and 3 staff never spoke to us. Just merchandising. Asked for something and one just pointed. Lost out on £300 sale

   Thank you so much to Lianna, sorry if spelt wrong! You were so helpful, kind and patient getting my husband sorted out with a suit. He tried many on and you constantly replaced the pieces with a smile on your face and a willingness to help. Give this amazing employee a raise, she is an asset. Great experience this will be the only place we will shop for him again, he said, and he hates shopping, that was alright not stressful at all! THAN YOU

   I have been trying to contact the store for the last 3 weeks. They never answer. I was bought a pair of boots for my birthday. The buckles are stitched upside down. I will remove this review if someone contacts me. I appreciate mistakes happen. This is very poor customer service.

   So helpful, we bought my Fiance and his Best Man's suit this weekend and they were so friendly and willing to assist. We had to order one item as it was not available and the one member of staff took time to make sure this could be found from another shop for us. Thank You so much as they suits were just what they wanted and also purchase him some amazing shoes
