   All the staff was very nice and friendly except for a man who I presume was the store manager (the balding man). He was extremely rude with me in front of anyone in the store. It was such a horrible experience for me and I got extremely frustrated after this. I still can’t understand why this person thinks he has any right to attack people like this

   My partner needed a new suit so we popped in to Hugo Boss in Mcarthur Glenn Designer Outlet in Bridgend. We were looked after by Chloe and she was fantastic. She spent an hour and a half with us to find the right suit and she was so helpful and friendly. We finally found the perfect suit and we can't thank Chloe enough. All if the staff are welcoming so I highly recommend this store if you're looking for quality.

   I have always found the staff very friendly. I liked a pair of shoes, but they didn't have them in my size, and they arranged with another store, for a pair in the correct size to be sent to them, so I didn't have to go to Swindon to collect them.

   Went to Hugo Boss in McArthur Glen Bridgend today. We were served by a very attentive, helpful, well presented and informative blonde lady (not sure of her name). However, I did eventually leave the shop early without buying everything I had intended to due to the way she was spoken to by who I presume was the store manager (the balding dark haired man in a suit) essentially for not following us around the shop and hassling us into buying more. He was addressing her across the shop floor infront if other customers and staff members. Other customers also shared their view that the lady was extremely helpful and were appalled by his behaviour. One couple with a small child left early because of this without buying anything. Despite this, the lady continued to be professional and represented the brand extremely well, despite the fact that she was quite likely very upset especially if this is the normal behaviour of the manager and she was coming to the end of her shift so she had probably endured this for hours already. I hope that this is addressed and that the lady receives an apology and the right action is taken to retrain or reconsider the store manager.
