I came into store today and was served by a young lady who I found out later was the assistant manager, Millie. She showed me how to clean my shoes and helped me with advice on how to keep all my Timberland products looking fresh and crispy. Millie. Thank you very much! I will back :)

I came in to the store in desperation as my phone had died when i was meeting someone and I needed a charger. None of the nearby pubs would help but the guy and girl here were so lovely and lent me their charger. Ended up buying some 6 inch boots as they'd talked to me about how good they were and I liked the look of a pair. Absolutely brilliant customer service. Thank ypu so much guys!
Order a third pair of Chelsea boots size 9.5 but was sent size 9. Too small obviously. So I have to wait in all day for them to be collected. I also don't get my money back until they have been received back. As a good customer they could treat me better by 1. Sending correct size as per order 2. Send a return label so I can post back without have to be in all day awaiting a collection. 3. Give me the option of taking them back to local store for exchange or refund. Disappointed customer.
Been here twice in two days!! The ladies there are absolutely lovely and friendly, helped me get a lovely pair of shoes. Will shop there again. Plus got a 20% discount (student card!)
I asked twice the gentleman to open the door for the changing room as it was always locked (on a black friday?). It felt as if i was disturbing him, did not come across as helpful nor friendly. When it was time to pay, he couldn t even be bothered to fold up the items we purchased properly.
