Hello My mum had an accident in store yesterday at around 3pm. Just wanted to convey our sincere thanks for the wonderful kind caring help your Swansea team gave to my mother they went beyond expectations they were very gentle got her in car without hurting her injury and did everything they could including making the space private for her my mum was very impressed. Furthermore they got a chair for my dad to sit on and provided refreshments for them both. As a family we can’t thank your team enough first aid was incredibly caring and considerate On behalf of Mrs Yvonne & Mr Alan Roberts Morriston Swansea

Never ever will i go in this absolute dump again. Only wanted some holiday stuff, every single item size XS only. Every pair of shoes size 8/9 only. What woman is a size 9 feet! Come on the place is a dump do better!

The prices are incredibly budget-friendly, which makes it easy to pick up the latest trends, seasonal items, or basic wardrobe staples without breaking the bank. The variety is impressive, clothing for men, women, kids, plus homeware, accessories, shoes, and even beauty products—all under one roof. I especially like their loungewear and pyjama sets, which are both comfortable and great value. That said, shopping in-store can be a bit chaotic depending on the time. Staff are usually helpful, though queues at the tills can get long during peak times. Overall, Primark is perfect for affordable, fast fashion and everyday basics.

Security guard make you feel like a criminal. I bought some stuff and even though I was walking out of there after paying the security guard seemed to make a bee line for me and blocked my entrance. Came away from there feeling awful. Bet they let the real thieves walk free but then make honest paying customers feel awkward. Security guards shoukd stay out of the way of customers and only intervene when they have good reason to Doubt I’ll be returning

Great 3 floors Primark store. Packed with low cost offering of clothing and house goods. Visited mid week. The shop was well stocked and the service was great.

There's not a great deal to say. It's a very well stocked clothes shop catering for men, women, boys and girls. The prices are very low, so I hope the stock is ethically sourced. Fairly good quality men's Ts are just £2.50 and will last a year before looking scruffy. Ideal for clothes shopping on a budget. Was pleasantly surprised on my last visit to find the heating was turned down and I didn't feel dizzy, sick and roasted alive after 10 minutes of trying to shop. The changing rooms were clean, and in good order. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. I hate clothes shopping, but I don't find Primark too stressful.

Love this Primark, didn't have some basics like gloves for girls or blanket hoodie for men, seemed to be sold out over Christmas period but really nice store.

I am every disappointed as my partners daughter bought a pair of trousers and when she got home find out they was to big had all the tags on but couldn't find the Receipt they wouldn't let her change them for a smaller size i understand if they didn't have the tags on then yea but I think they should start doing the email receipts so u don't lose it

Two floors of clothing such as dresses, basic outfits, lingerie, pjs, shoes, makeup and toiletries. Stairs and escalators. Changing rooms and tills on both floors. Easy access. Great location in Swansea. Can get busy though

Average shop with cheap clothes bit severely lacks selection in men’s clothes, even the basics. Never anything here for men except plain t shirts or jeans with buttons instead of zips. Women’s lingerie is limited and impossible to buy anything in my size of 34DD unless i want plain boring bras. They have a lovely range of pretty bras for smaller sizes but this can’t be said for larger sizes. Quite sad as I can’t wear pretty bras like those with smaller chests.
