   Me, my boyfriend and sister came here to get some Ski gear on Saturday of the Black Friday sale and we were so clueless we just went it and omg the staff were so helpful they were so lovely we felt no pressure or rush or anything, we were helped by Peter who was the store manager he is so good, he helped us make a separate order because I didn’t like the colours and honestly just AMAZING SERVICE!! I couldn’t recommend this shop more, I would go as far to say I’ve never had better experience with retail staff in my life! 10/10

   I got some wellies online, unfortunately they didn’t fit. Took them back to the store for a refund instead of the hassle with post. It was the quickest and easiest return that I’ve ever done. Staff were friendly too :) - just a shame that the selection of instore wellies is so small

   I bought a beach tent,and I should have looked at it in the shop- when I got home and put it together it was used!!! Clear marks and scrapes,how could this be? Always check products from this store,don't be like me
