   I had visit there to buy a coat &the staff was helpfull but didn't have larger size waterproof coats at this shop. However I found visiting the shop &trying on is better then using Trespass app on line as the clothes may not fit.

   Bought walking boots over a year ago....they started to split and the manager agreed that it was a manufacturing problem and replaced them with a new pair. I was so pleased and happy with the manager and Trespass for replacing my boots and sorting out the problem. I had to show proof of purchase. I chose an upgrade and only had to add a little extra as they didn't have my original boot in the store. Absolutely brilliant customer service! Big shout out to the lads working there and a big thanks.

   Had been waiting for a pair of winter walking trousers to be back in stock, sadly when they were back in stock I didn't like the fit of them so chose not to purchase going to wait till later in the year to see what comes in. The manager Alexandra was so helpful and informative and really knows her stuff about all the product ranges a very positive shopping experience

   A lovely lady served me on a Sunday (Worthing Store) with time running out as it was nearly closing . She offered to put them on one side for me. Went in today @ 11.00 a/m only to find the store closed with nothing on the door to indicate why, or any sign of opening hours. Disappointed. Website says open 'til 5.30 p/m ?? I went along again this afternoon & there is now a sign up saying closed due to flooding, so that's the answer !

   Being a first time shopper here I have honoured this store with five star rating. I always assed it would be the kind of outlet where you would need a second mortgage to afford any items and always walked past it. How naive of me to do so.. As winter is rolling in I browsed around Worthing looking for a coat and found many stores that had restricted movements in the arms. When I tried here as a "browse" I was impressed with the same quality of jacket reduced to £40 compared with the likes of TKMAXX which wanted £120.. Saved me £80 coming here.. If like me and you work outside I would highly recommend this store.. Staff seemed friendly and professional.. Service is top notch and as a customer seeking clothing items it is one of the best experiences I have encountered.. I will definitely be returning and investing my money if I get quick, professional, quality service as well as the products.. What I bought is the technical performance winter jacket reduced from £90 to £40 and since leaving the store I haven't taken it off I'm that impressed with the quality.. Overall shopping time here:- 10 minutes maximum.
