   We walked past Thai Shire a couple of weeks ago, and noticed through the window that it was very busy and that everyone seemed to be having a great time. We decided to give it a try this week. What a great call that was! It's small inside, but no matter. The service is super-friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient. The quality of the food is superb, portions are generous, and the prices are fair. A genuine pleasure to eat here.

   After walking past this restaurant hundreds of times because from the outside it doesn’t look inviting, we tried it and omg it’s brilliant! Food is always amazing! Staff are soo lovely, always remember our names and we go maybe once every few months. Highly recommend. Have a 4 for atmosphere because it feels like your sat in someone’s living room - I quite like that it’s different but it’s not a restaurant vibe. Highly highly recommend!

   Thai Shire in Chipping Norton offers a delightful mix of Thai, Malaysian, and Chinese cuisine in a charming, quaint setting. The staff are warm and engaging, adding to the lovely atmosphere. We enjoyed perfectly cooked mixed starters and two delicious curries, all at a reasonable price. The attentive service, combined with a genuine hospitality, made our evening memorable. Highly recommend for a delightful meal!

   We are locals and only found this absolute gem,three months ago but cannot stop going back. We recently enjoyed our anniversary dinner with them and as always the food was incredible, each element was just right and the service was warm and attentive without being too eager. We have also had take away from here and the standards are as high, whether you eat in or take away. We look forward to our next visit (and for more chicken satay...) very soon.

   We were staying in the area for the weekend and decided to go and get a takaway. After having a quick flick through the reviews we changed our minds and decided to eat here and I'm sure glad we did! This place is a hidden gem! It's only small inside but we were seated very quickly. (Takeaway is an option though). The food was absolutely amazing! I would give it 5stars+ We will definitely come back here next time we are in the area.

   6 tables. 1 efficient waitress with a full on mask and hand sanitizer stations all over the place. Menu has masses of choices that annoys me, especially when I’m hungry. Restaurant was cold, not really cold, though my legs and feet were chilly. Price was reasonable… food servings fair, quality ok and taste good, though salty in the end, vit dehydrating. All in all somehow definitely not a bad place, just lacking and especially when I was so excited from such a good review. I’m not hating on this place… just … mmm….. lacking somehow. Wish them best of luck.. Waitress said menu will be reduced to popular choices in January. Only 1 chef coz it’s easier to do it alone than work with others…. Yeah somehow this is all a bit glitchy from my point of view.. good luck ThaiShire…

   Visited Thai Shire as it came highly recommended and had many great reviews. Surprisingly, the food was absolutely terrible. Prices have gone up (understandable in the current climate) and was hand written on the menu. The quality of the ingredients used was very poor. We have eaten in many Thai restaurants and the taste is not authentic. Surprised at all the glowing reviews. The only positive thing was the excellent service of the waitress. It was not worth a special journey.
