   Complete negligence on this store’s behalf. After visiting two different stores in the area trying to locate stock that was promised to be put aside at the Park Tawe store, I arrived within 10-15 minutes, only to find that the trainers had either been sold or given to the wrong customer. Paige, the manager, took accountability for the mistake, blaming it on a “child” (her words) who failed to follow simple instructions from the other store. Paige was quite rude and refused to provide the name of the colleague involved, justifying it by saying he’s “a child.” My question is: why is Paige employing children at this JD retail store? Is this even allowed? I hope Paige keeps her promise to train this boy/child properly and perhaps considers undergoing some training herself.

   Called in just after it opened at 9am this morning, had a bag of shopping with me that I had done next door while waiting for jd to open, felt so uncomfortable looking for Xmas gifts for my son as all staff were watching me went round the corner bumped into a member of staff that was obviously following and watching me that she turned round walked back but kept on watching. At this point I walked out and as I walked out they were talking about going on the radio to keep a watch out. Sorry jd you missed out on a sale and I won't be back.

   After winning a mcdonald voucher we went in and realised this is not sports direct. It has next to nothing on sale really. Just sporty tracksuits. Bought crocs cos nothing else good in there

   Came to this store this morning to buy socks. I asked for assistance as the socks have no label on it to check what size they are. The lady I asked was lazy enough to said they can't check the size as no label also when I asked if she could check any i'n stock because I don't want to mess up and come back to change. She just stood there and said no stock left. How could she know when she didn't even go to check? Wouldn't bother to ever come back again.

   My husband and myself went to Jd (parc tawe) this afternoon with the idea of buying quite a few clothes for our son, but soon noticed most customers no masks, but what made us walk out without any purchases was only 1 out of approx 10 staff wearing a mask. Did ask the member of staff wearing a mask, who was on the door, are all the other staff exempt? He said not responsible for what other staff do.

   The store is very bright and open, but the staff did not seem to want to interact with the shoppers, people were also trying shoes on with no socks, to me that is nasty. Kids were running around and making the trainers squeak on the floor.

   This place is lethal to my purse. Can't go in and not walk out without a new pair of trainers. They've got a new facility in their too which lets you order stock online and pay in store by either cash or card. Staff are really helpful and they have a good selection from toddler sizes upwards. Plenty of free parking and wheelchair friendly access.
